58 Marygate has recently been renovated. We have created a Luxury 4 bedroom Holiday Cottage (sleeps 8), available for short breaks or weekly stays.

The cottage is in a superb location right in the centre of York, everything is within easy walking distance. Marygate is also relatively quiet, so after a busy day exploring you can get a good nights rest.

It features a hand made bespoke kitchen with limestone floor tiles, appliances include integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. It also has a large Smeg range cooker should you decide to stay in and cook. You won't get cold in there as it also has underfloor heating.

We have also installed top quality bathrooms with travertine tiles, Hansgrohe rain showers and Duravit sanitaryware.

There is a solid oak wood floor in the lounge with quality furnishings, beautiful fabrics and a 40" smart tv. It also has a great sounding Pioneer Hifi that you can stream music to from your phone or ipod.

All our bedrooms feature super comfy Silent Night beds with top of the range diamond quality mattresses, crisp top hotel quality 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers and full black out blinds or curtains. All upstairs bedrooms feature Smart TVs. Downstairs there is an adult sized bunk bedroom also with crisp top quality bedding. 

The cottage is situated in one of York's most interesting and charming streets in the City Centre. Just park your car and walk everywhere!
