58 Marygate Rental Information
- The rental rates are listed below
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks the full amount is payable.
- Payment is accepted by either bank transfer or cheque.
- Arrival time is 3pm onwards. Check out time is by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
- Utility costs, bed linen and towels are included in the rate.
- Weekend night is Friday & Saturday.
- Week night is Sunday to Thursday.
- 58 Marygate is in a quiet, conservation area part of the city so we cannot accept bookings from stag and hen parties.
- There is a large 24hr secure car park to the rear of Marygate (1 min walk) that costs £16 per day. I have a parking space that services 2 houses and if available it can be booked for £10 per day.
